No. Manager can only uninstall apps that were installed through the Manager console. It cannot uninstall apps that came pre-installed on a device, or apps that were manually installed by running an APK directly on the device.

What Manager can do instead

If an app cannot be uninstalled, there is still a way to control its visibility on Advanced-licensed devices:

  • Devices with a Manager Advanced license can have an app set to hidden, so it no longer appears on the device's launcher or app menu.

  • Hiding an app does not remove it from the device — it only removes it from the visible app list. The app can be made visible again from the same management option in Manager.

Additional notes

Some additional points that may be useful:

  • This limitation applies regardless of Manager license tier — Manager Advanced does not unlock uninstallation of pre-installed or manually installed apps, only the option to hide them.

  • Apps that Manager did install can be uninstalled normally from the Apps toolbar on the Devices page.

  • If you are unsure how a specific app was installed on a device, treat it as not managed by Manager unless you installed it yourself through the console.
