Applies to: myViewBoard 3.0
myViewBoard 3.0 organizes its features into a set of toolbars arranged around a central canvas, keeping the canvas open and uncluttered for lesson creation and collaboration. A Tab Bar across the top lets you add, close, and switch between tabs, and each tab is its own independent canvas, useful for keeping multiple lessons or activities open at once. Core creation tools live on the Main Toolbar, while supporting toolbars along the other edges of the screen handle backgrounds, page navigation, and zoom. This layout is consistent across Windows, Android, and iOS, so the same navigation logic applies no matter which device you're teaching from.
Main Toolbar and supporting panels
The Main Toolbar carries the tools you'll use most often:
Select
Hand
Pen
Eraser
Shapes and Lines
Text
Sticky Notes
File Management
Magic Box
Embedded Browser
Screenshot
Windows Toggle
Undo/Redo
Supporting panels handle everything else around the canvas:
Background Management panel lets you customize what appears behind your canvas content.
Floating Toolbar controls page navigation and Present Mode.
Navigation Toolbar adds a navigation map along with zoom and centering controls, useful once a canvas grows large or spans multiple pages.
Because the canvas takes up most of the screen by default, most navigation controls are reachable with a single tap or click rather than buried in nested menus.
