Applies to: myViewBoard 3.0

To sign in to myViewBoard 3.0:

  1. Launch myViewBoard.

  2. Click the user avatar icon on the lower-right of the navigation bar.

  3. Click Sign in.

From the popup, choose one of the following sign-in methods:

  • SSO (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or other regional providers)

  • Email and password

  • QR code

How to confirm sign-in succeeded

Check that:

  • Your avatar is displayed on the lower right

  • Your myViewBoard name appears on the upper left

  • Your custom background and pen settings have loaded

  • You have access to your cloud drives

  • You can access most tools in the Magic Box

If a sign-in indicator is missing

If any of these signs are missing after sign-in, for example your saved background or cloud drives don't appear, try signing out and back in before assuming there's an account issue.
