Applies to: myViewBoard 3.0

myViewBoard 3.0 offers several ways to bring outside content onto the canvas: Magic Box for images and videos, the Embedded Browser for live web pages, and the Screenshot tool for anything you want to capture directly from the screen. The table below shows exactly where to find each option and what it does.

Where to add each content type

Content typeWhere to find itWhat it does
ImagesMagic Box > Image SearchSearch and insert images directly into the canvas
VideosMagic Box > YouTubeBrowse, play, and insert YouTube videos onto the canvas

Pinning web content to the canvas

A website opened in the Embedded Browser can be pinned to the canvas as a persistent object. Once pinned, its adorning menu adds options to take a screenshot of the current frame, view it full screen, or reset the URL back to the originally pinned site.
