Applies to: myViewBoard 3.0
myViewBoard 3.0 offers several ways to bring outside content onto the canvas: Magic Box for images and videos, the Embedded Browser for live web pages, and the Screenshot tool for anything you want to capture directly from the screen. The table below shows exactly where to find each option and what it does.
Where to add each content type
| Content type | Where to find it | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Images | Magic Box > Image Search | Search and insert images directly into the canvas |
| Videos | Magic Box > YouTube | Browse, play, and insert YouTube videos onto the canvas |
| Web pages | Embedded Browser (Main Toolbar or Magic Box) | Open, search, and interact with live websites on the canvas |
| Screen area | Main Toolbar > Screenshot | Capture part of the screen and inserts it as an image |
Pinning web content to the canvas
A website opened in the Embedded Browser can be pinned to the canvas as a persistent object. Once pinned, its adorning menu adds options to take a screenshot of the current frame, view it full screen, or reset the URL back to the originally pinned site.
