myViewBoard 3.0 includes several built-in inclusivity tools:

  • Spotlight

  • Immersive Reader

  • Text-to-Speech

  • Magnifier

  • Speech-to-Text

  • Live Captions

  • Irlen background color presets

Participate Mode is also included for collaborative activities. Most of these tools live inside Magic Box or are triggered from an object's adorning menu once it's on the canvas.

Immersive Reader features and licensing

Immersive Reader also offers:

  • Text Preferences: size, spacing, font, page theme

  • Grammar Options: syllables, parts-of-speech highlighting

  • Reading Preferences: line focus, picture dictionary, translation

  • Read Aloud Controls: play/pause, speed, voice

Immersive Reader requires a Pro plan subscription or an Entity account.

Speech-to-Text language and device limitations

Additional Speech-to-Text languages can be added through Windows language packs. The following devices don't support the TTS/STT feature on myViewBoard 3.0 for Android:

  • IFP50-5 Series

  • IFP52-1A Series

  • IFP92 Series

  • Chromebook personal devices
