Support depends on your specific ViewBoard/IFP model and the Android version it runs. A device needs to be capable of running Android 11 or later to be fully compatible with myViewBoard 3.0.

Unsupported models stay on the legacy version
Models that aren't compatible continue running the legacy (2.0) version to preserve performance, since 3.0 has higher memory requirements.
OTA upgrade path
Most models released after 2021, roughly the IFP50-3 series onward, support the OTA (over-the-air) upgrade path.
