Use the QR code share option in File Manager: it takes a screenshot of the current screen, saves it as a PDF, uploads that PDF to your connected cloud drive, and generates a QR code students can scan to access it on their own devices.

Export Preview feature

myViewBoard 3.0 also introduced an Export Preview feature that integrates with cloud storage and supports QR code sharing, letting students quickly access, review, and save teaching materials after class.
