Domains are managed from the Domains page in the ViewSonic Entity Management portal, where admins can add and verify new domains, review which domains are verified versus pending, and remove expired ones.

Broader organization settings are managed from that same Entity Management portal, alongside Domains:

  • Overview

  • Users

  • Subscriptions

  • Admin Roles

Steps to add and verify a domain

  1. Sign in to the ViewSonic Entity Management portal (cloud.viewsonic.com/entity) and click Domains.

  2. Click Add Domain and enter the domain name.

  3. Verify it using either an MX or TXT DNS record, created in your domain registrar's control panel, that exactly matches the details shown in the portal.

  4. Review the Domains page periodically to confirm status (verified vs. pending) and remove any expired domains.

Domain requirements and automatic verification via SSO

Every Entity registers under one main domain, matching its users' email addresses. ViewSonic uses this domain information to confirm whether a given user is a valid member of the Entity. Domains can also be added automatically when new users are synced in via SSO, so you won't always need to add them manually. In some cases, ViewSonic registers an alias domain instead of the primary one.
