Applies to: myViewBoard 3.0

Sign in to your myViewBoard 3.0 account, then open the My Subscriptions page using one of the following:

  • Press View my plan in the banner on the account home page.

  • Open the avatar dropdown menu and select My Subscriptions.

The Current Plan section shows your active subscription (Standard, Pro, or Premium) and lets you:

  • Upgrade your plan

  • Downgrade your plan

  • Manage payment details

Subscription management has moved to the ViewSonic Account portal

Account and subscription management has since moved under the unified ViewSonic Account portal (cloud.viewsonic.com), though "My Subscriptions" remains the entry point from the avatar menu. This individual Subscriptions view is separate from the Entity-wide Subscriptions page that school/organization admins use.
