Open File Manager and click Import Files (or use the Magic Box import option), then navigate to your PDF file and double-click it. myViewBoard inserts the PDF onto the canvas as an editable object, ready to annotate alongside the rest of your lesson.

  1. Open File Manager and choose Import Files (or use Magic Box's import option).

  2. Browse your local device by default, or click a connected cloud drive's tab.

  3. Double-click the PDF to insert it onto the canvas as an editable object.

PDF sits under the Documents category of supported formats, alongside:

  • Google Doc

  • DOCX

  • TXT

  • ONE

  • URL

On Windows, you can skip the dialog entirely by dragging a PDF straight from File Explorer onto the canvas. Very large PDFs may take a bit longer to import.
