Use File Manager's Import Files option (or drag-and-drop the file on Windows), browse to your PPTX file on your local device or a connected cloud drive, and double-click it to insert it as an editable object on the canvas.

Local Microsoft Office is required

A few conditions apply to PPTX imports:

  • PPTX is listed under supported Presentations formats.

  • PowerPoint mobile files are not supported.

  • myViewBoard requires a local installation of Microsoft Office to successfully import PPTX files (the same applies to DOCX and ONE).

  • Imports may fail on devices without Office installed.
