Applicable Models: ViewSonic smart projectors released in or before 2023.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:Projector models released from 2024 onwards NO LONGER support the vRemote service.For newer models, please use the vCastSender app for mobile control features.


If you are having trouble with vRemote:

  1. Please ensure your projector and phone are connected to the Internet, and/or

  2. Delete the device you have added and re-add again. Also, restart your projector.


If these two steps still don't solve the problem, please contact ViewSonic service center.
