To ensure Signage Manager can discover and control players over a Local Area Network (LAN), please ensure that TCP 80, 8080, 443, and UDP 1900 are opened in your firewall settings.

Note:
Ensure that both the management PC and the players are on the same subnet, or verify that the router allows UDP broadcast traffic across segments.
If connection issues persist, try temporarily disabling the PC's firewall for testing.
